Who can buy pictures at Teambild?
Everyone is welcome to buy pictures from us, we sell to both companies as well as private customers.
How do I search among the images?
For quick search, click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the page and type in the word you want to search for.
For more advanced search, click on "All images" under "Archive" in the menu and use the tool you see in the left column.
Do I need to register as a customer to purchase images?
No, but it makes it easier to create a customer account before ordering with us, the process of checking out is faster when you have a customer account and are logged in, you will also find the download links for digital orders on your page and the full history of your orders is saved there.
How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card, Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay directly when ordering, it is also possible to choose invoice payment or transfer to bankgiro (only Swedish customers). For private individuals who order by invoice payment for the first time, we want you to pay the invoice before the image is delivered.
Is ordering and paying online safe?
Yes, we purchase our payment solution from Stripe which is a secure and reputable payment service.
I have forgotten my password
You can easily solve this by clicking on "forgot password?" on the website, fill in your email address and send. Within a few minutes, you should have received an email with your details. Are you not receiving any email? Then check the spam folder so it hasn't ended up there.
How do I download images I ordered?
You will receive an email with a download link when the order and payment are complete, the download link is also on your customer page.
